1. Your Photo
2. HSC Mark Sheet
3. SSLC Mark Sheet
4. Transfer Certificate
5. Community Certificate (if applicable)
6. Income Certificate (if applicable)
7. Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
8. Aadhaar Card
9. First Graduate (if applicable)
10. Eligibility Certificate and Migration Certificate for Other State Students (if applicable)
11. Payment Receipt
